Today we did our Silent Reading logs (Day 1.2) and then did our Daily Language Review.
After that we brainstormed a bit about how to describe The Lost Thing in "The Lost Thing." We continued making our webs. I then distributed the assignment for next class, where students will write a paragraph to describe The Lost Thing. I will use this mainly for assessment, to see where each student's starting point is.
